Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We can ship to the EU, however sales taxes and handling fees will be incurred in the destination country.  We do not collect the tax at the time of the purchased. All products and fabrics can ship to most other destinations worldwide.

Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch within 2 business days. If, for any reason, there are delays beyond the expected dispatch date, we will let you know.

UK delivery

Flat Rate UK: this is Royal Mail’s first class post service, and is charged at £2.50 for all orders no matter what size your order. Parcels usually arrive 1-2 business days after dispatch. You will receive an email notifying you of dispatch.

Special Delivery UK: this is Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service, and is charged at £8.00 no matter what size your order. 

 

International Delivery

We do strongly recommend selecting the tracked service for delivery of goods  outside of the UK, where we have experienced problems with lost or delayed deliveries in the past. Adding tracking to your shipping option gives you some peace of mind, as you can trace your parcel’s journey.

The shopping cart will calculate appropriate shipping based on the value of your order and your location. Please add your desired items to your shopping cart, view your cart and select ‘calculate worldwide shipping’.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to initiate a return. Items must be returned to us in their original condition and original packaging within 28 days of purchase. 

If the goods are returned due to an error on our part or a fault within the product, then we will refund the price of the goods plus postage costs. If the goods are returned for another reason – e.g. you changed your mind or did not like the colour – then the postage costs will not be refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
